This slideshow presents how I take notes. Step 1: READ each objective throughout the whole chapter. Step 2: DEFINE&HIGLIGHT all vocabulary that are in bold and italic. Step 3: WRITE down important facts given in the objectives. Step 4: TAKE up as much space on the page as possible. The point of taking notes, is to help become a study guide for future tests, and also a "cheat sheet" during quizzes. It's important to take notes because it also helps with our memory to prepare us for tests later on. The notes make a huge difference in my study habits because physically taking notes help me remember more information throughout the chapter. |
This assignment was to review an article of detachment. There is a certain time period of early development where it's necessary for any child to get the love and support from a parent figure. However, if they miss that period in their childhood, they can no longer "learn" how to become attached. Step 1: REVIEW the article of Unconditional Love Step 2: SUMMARIZE the article This assignment is meaningful to me because it's important to know this information for the future of your kids. It's necessary to give the love and nurture to your kids as much as possible in order to maintain that bond in the relationship. If this basic need is not provided, your children will be at risk of detachment, meaning that they won't consider you as a parent figure, and never will consider it no matter how hard you try, because the ability of attachment cannot be learned. It's a huge impact to my learning, because it's knowledge that can help with my future. |
